Roger Morris has been with Mega Hard Wood since 2007. His skills as an entrepreneur and manager are unsurpassed. Roger got his start in the world of video rental and parlayed that into the siding industry. A man of diverse interests and passions, he then founded his own cap company. Roger has loved caps his whole life: plastic, metal, wooden -- all shapes, sizes and colors. Uniting companies with the kinds of caps they needed gave Roger a tremendous sense of fulfillment. After his company became a major sucess, Roger naturally sold it and joined Mega Hard Wood. We are lucky to have him. And if anyone needs caps, they know where to go.
